What's the difference between a meeting room and an event space?

Meeting rooms are smaller rooms (3–60 people) bookable by the hour for meetings, offsites, and trainings starting at $24/hr. Event spaces like The Commons hold up to 175 guests and are booked as half-day or full-day packages starting at $895 for workshops, conferences, and private events.

Meeting rooms start at $24/hr with no membership required. Full-day and half-day event packages in The Commons start at $895, with everything — A/V, tables, chairs, setup, and free parking — included in one price.

Can I book without a membership?

Yes. Anyone can book a meeting room or event space — no membership required. You only pay for the time and space you use.

What A/V and setup is included?

Every booking includes professional sound with digital mixer, a wireless mic, a 75" TV, Wi-Fi, plus all tables, chairs, room setup, and cleaning. Premium adds the 15-foot TV wall, XLR inputs, and additional mics.

What's the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard is our all-inclusive event package with full A/V, furniture, setup, and free parking. Premium adds elevated finishes and a higher level of service and coordination for events that want more polish. Both include the venue and core A/V.

Do you have partner venues?

Yes. Beyond our own spaces, we work with partner venues in Historic Folsom — including a Local Brewery (100+) and The Back Room, a 1920s speakeasy in Historic Folsom (up to 50) — for events that want a different atmosphere.

Yes — free on-site parking is included for you and all of your attendees at every booking.

Can you host multi-day retreats?

Absolutely. We coordinate multi-day retreats and offsites, with custom layouts, catering coordination, and — through our experience-design partner — lodging, dining, and activities across Folsom and the Sierra Foothills.

My wife and I enjoyed our wedding here on 2/5/25. The venue was the perfect size, and the management team was very helpful and polite.
