You're the founder. No one's checking your work but you.
Weekly coaching, a team that can actually build what you need, and a corridor of people building alongside you — all in the same building in Folsom.
Start Here — Goal House
There's no boss checking your work and no one above you to ask. Goal House is weekly group coaching, built for founders carrying real weight — $500/month, full-time workspace included. (Owners and operators carrying the same weight are welcome too.)
Meet the Corridor — frAIdays
Founders don't get to walk down the hall and ask a coworker. frAIdays is our monthly AI lunch — three tracks, every level welcome, free to attend — where the Folsom–Rancho Cordova corridor's builders show up. Bring what you're working on.
Get an AI Read — The Founders' Table
You don't need a consultant selling you a roadmap — you need people who've actually done it. The Founders' Table puts three Granite City founders, each already running AI in their own businesses, in a room with your team for a focused 2-3 hour session. You walk away with a plain-language AI Opportunity Audit — where AI could actually move the needle, what's realistic first, and what to skip. Offered through Granite City Foundation for a one-time $500 contribution. No sales pitch, no contract. What's discussed in the room stays confidential.
Build With Us — AI Services
You don't have an engineering team yet — you need one piece built at a time. Built on Granite: our own team builds the infrastructure and AI your company runs on, from a single automation up to early access on-site private AI compute, for founders who can't put sensitive work through a public cloud.
Building Something Nonprofit? — Fiscal Sponsorship Referral
Not everyone here is chasing a cap table. If your venture is nonprofit or community-benefit in nature, Granite City Foundation can give you 501(c)(3) status through fiscal sponsorship — no need to form and run your own nonprofit. It comes with a dedicated banking sub-account, card issuance, and real-time reporting on every dollar. No minimum budget, about a 10-business-day review, 8% admin fee on funds processed. Granite City makes the introduction; the Foundation runs its own approval.
A small number of founders eventually get asked into another room. That's all we'll say here.
Come see whether this is your room.
Walk the building, or start with a call — whichever is easier.
