Verified publicFolsom, CA · four plan families across seven active operators
Folsom coworking cost and access index
This index compares Folsom coworking plans within each family — Day Pass, Limited Use, Weekday Unlimited, and 24/7. On weekdays, standard prices span $170–$179 for full 8:30–5 / 8–6 access; for 24/7 access they span $215–$349 with bundle differences. We keep families separate, exclude regional and specialty operators, and never publish a composite score — units and formulas sit beside every calculated figure.

Methodology and limitations
How we researched this
For each plan we record the operator’s standard monthly (or per-day) price, the published access window, and — where an operator publishes it — the weekly scheduled member-access hours. Promotions are recorded separately and never fold into the standard-price cell.
Formulas. Monthly scheduled hours = weekly hours × 52 ÷ 12. Scheduled access opportunity = standard monthly price ÷ monthly scheduled hours. Units are shown beside every figure.
Worked example (Granite City Workday). Weekly hours = 50; monthly hours = 50 × 52 ÷ 12 = 216.67 hrs/mo. Standard monthly price = $179; scheduled access opportunity = $179 ÷ 216.67 = $0.83 per scheduled hour. This is a labelled index of price-per-scheduled-access-hour, not an hourly rental rate, actual usage, savings, or a quality signal.
Granite plan rules (as provided by the owner). Starter = 10 hours or 2 days per month, whichever comes first, no rollover, within the Workday 8:00a–6:00p window (OD004). Five-Day Flex = any 5 weekdays per month; unused days expire at month-end; any check-in counts as a full day (OD005). Workday member access = 8:00a–6:00p Mon–Fri = 50 scheduled hrs/wk. Staffed hours are 8:30a–4:30p; 24/7 members retain holiday badge access (OD009). Term is month-to-month with no fixed notice (OD008).
Frequency Coworking (Rancho Cordova): regional reference only — never enters Folsom-only totals. Called out separately below.
BusyKids Play and Coworking Cafe: specialty (childcare-linked); not an equivalent general-coworking plan.
Known limitations
Public prices change; we recheck them on the next-review date shown at the top.
“Not publicly listed” is literal — it never means unavailable, zero, or inferior.
Granite City’s Workday ($179) and 24/7 Coworking ($215) are verified against the public /pricing page. Non-ranked plans (Starter, Five-Day Flex, Virtual Office, Dedicated Desk) remain owner-locked pending final operational rules; they never enter the ranked plan-family tables.
Office Evolution Coworking Pro (24/7) at $349 includes a bundle (virtual mail address + meeting-room credit) that other 24/7 plans do not; treat opportunity numbers with that bundle context, not as a raw comparison.
Granite City is publisher and participant; disclosure is above the first comparison.
Regional context — Frequency Coworking (Rancho Cordova)
Frequency is in Rancho Cordova, not Folsom, so it never enters the Folsom-only totals above. Their weekday unlimited plan is shown here as a regional reference only.
No regional-reference plan is published for this family.
